Registration

Through premises registration, producers may provide their location information for farms, ranches, leased land, feedlots, markets, and any other site that houses livestock for any period of time.

During the registration process, we will be requesting the premises address, the species of animals housed at that address, and contact information. We will not be requesting the number of animals, their identification numbers, or other information.

How to Register
There are three basic ways to register your premises in Oklahoma.

Complete the online registration form.
Download the registration form, complete it, and and return it by mail or fax.
Call the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry at 405-522-6138 to register by phone.
